The opportunity to join our team

Join our dynamic team as a key player in maintaining and enhancing our IT applications and tools!

Reporting to the Apps & IT Tools Manager, you'll ensure smooth, reliable operations that meet business objectives and user needs. Your role includes providing advanced technical support, resolving complex issues through our ticketing system, and performing regular maintenance to keep everything secure and running optimally. You'll proactively monitor application performance, streamline processes, and lead migrations with minimal disruption. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with projects, technical teams, and Asset teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What you will bring

A bachelor’s degree in IT (or equivalent) and solid experience in a similar role. You're skilled in batch scheduling tools and have prior experience as a Control-M Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Control-M administration, including job definition, scheduling, and monitoring. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to job failures, dependencies, etc. Ability to design, implement, and maintain job flows and dependencies in Control-M.

You're adept in File Transfers (FTP/SCP Commands). Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Shell or PowerShell, for automation and customization tasks. Knowledge of ITIL best practices and change management processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Effective stakeholder management is your forte, and while an AWS/Azure certification is a bonus, it's not essential.
