The opportunity to join our team

This role is responsible for supporting the Manager, Private Equity Operations with the delivery of daily BAU operation as well as strategic initiatives for Private Equity/Alternatives. In this dynamic role, not only will you play a vital role in the daily operations, you will also act as a conduit between PE Operation and PE Investment team, by providing them with enriched data, portfolio analysis insight, scenario modelling and reporting to support their research and decision-making process

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight/Support and Co-ordination of all core processes including capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfer of units
  • Review and analysis of documentation received in relation to investments prior to processing/payment
  • Reconciliation of assets and market valuations
  • Monthly calculation and reporting of portfolio returns
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new assets including system setup, review of documentation, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders/ counterparties
  • Participation in Research House meetings
  • Portfolio analysis and modelling to assist with portfolio decision making
  • Point of contact for client enquires (directly and indirectly)
  • Technical support for the PE Operations and PE Investment team
  • Operational Due Diligence - Co-ordination, participation and reporting

 

What you will bring

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Investments / Assets Management / Finance experience with minimum of 2 to 3 years in Private Equity operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in LP Analyst and Investran highly regarded
  • Good modelling skills with a passion to Data / Intelligence 
  • Adaptable and innovative
  • Resilient and determined
