The opportunity to join our team

As a Senior Analyst, you will manage, support, and implement a range of investment and product transitions and restructures across the business along with investment operational support, analysing and documenting project requirements. This role focuses on transformation initiatives impacting the end client investment exposure and performance return outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support and implement investment transition activity involving but not limiting to registry, investment systems, GL, external custodian
  • Liaison, participation and communication with key finance stakeholders on transformational change.
  • Planning, coordination and scheduling of implantation tasks minimising risk and costs.
  • End to end investment operational management from funding, cross investment, unit pricing, distribution, tax and financial reporting.
  • Proactively support an effective and cooperative relationship across all teams
  • Ensure successful completion of any transition activity ensuring no incidents, breaches, or any adverse impacts to any teams or end customer
  • Creating procedure documents where required and cross training and sharing knowledge to colleagues within the team

 

What you will bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in Investment and Finance Operations background with focus on transitional activity or change management.
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Understanding of investment fund structures
  • Knowledge of Investment systems such as Hiport, Unison and Pcontrol preferred
  • Proficiency in Visio, Miro, Jira and advanced excel preferred
  • Experience with project management, analysis, documentation and business requirements
  • Effective planning and time management to meet key deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, strong communication, proactive ownership and accountability
