We are a forward-thinking organisation undergoing significant transformation, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Support Manager to join our team and support our Chief Operating Officer (COO).

 

The opportunity to join our team

You will support the COO’s key priorities through a diverse array of responsibilities that are crucial to the efficient functioning of our leadership team. Your role will require exceptional organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work closely with senior executives to achieve strategic objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end diary management and travel coordination for the COO
  • Coordinating and project managing the preparation of board and committee papers, including gathering data from various departments, ensuring accuracy, and piecing together all elements for comprehensive presentations
  • Organising Leadership team meetings and events (eg Townhall, webinars), including logistics and agenda preparation
  • Working collaboratively with the Communications Partner in relations to email communications on behalf of the COO
  • Providing executive support, including correspondence, special projects, and confidential matters
  • Managing finances and processing invoices for the Strategy & Enterprise Services Leadership team

 

What you will bring:

You are a seasoned professional with extensive hands-on experience in business support to senior Executives within the Financial Services, Superannuation or Banking industry. Thriving in a busy and diverse environment, you are known for your ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple tasks with ease. With strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a tech-savvy approach, you possess exceptional communication skills and maintain high discretion in handling confidential matters. Your strong business acumen enables you to navigate complex decision-making processes with confidence, and you have a proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver outcomes. Additionally, you bring valuable experience in navigating complex organisational structures and transformations.
