The opportunity to join our team

We have an awesome opportunity for a talented Analyst Engineer to join one of our technology teams here at Insignia Financial! This team is responsible for developing, supporting, and hosting a unit pricing system used by internal users. As part of the team, you'll have the chance to work on both production support and development activities in our cloud-hosted technology environment.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing production support as part of a weekly support roster, ensuring high service availability for business users
  • Collaborating with team members to write, test, and deploy system code changes
  • Building and maintaining system integrations
  • Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Following technology governance standards, identifying risks, and ensuring accurate documentation

 

What you will bring

You are driven by curiosity and have a well-rounded technical skill set, paired with a collaborative mindset that thrives in a team environment. You're eager to make a meaningful impact by applying your skills and learning from every challenge. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A background in software development and exposure to IT production systems support
  • Expertise in coding, unit testing, analysis/design, and experience with cloud-hosted solutions, DevOps, and production support
  • Familiarity with Linux, AWS, GIT, C++, VB.NET, SQL, shell scripting, and Jenkins
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, analyse, and resolve issues effectively
  • A reliable team player who takes responsibility and works collaboratively to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders
