The opportunity to join our team

Great opportunity to join our Business Solutions Team as an Advice Technology Analyst. In this role you will assist our advisers and support staff over the phone or on email working from 8.30-5pm Monday- Friday. This position will suit someone who loves the industry and is keen to build a career in Enablement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technology enquiries via email and phone
  • Prioritisation of work to ensure critical issues are managed in a timely manner
  • Work closely with business units to help deliver initiatives and support the implementation of change
  • Deliver high-quality service in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
  • Provide training to other staff and team members

 

What you will bring:

  • Solid experience within financial planning
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Problem solving skills and ability to be self sufficient
  • Initiative and real eagerness to learn
  • Xplan experience is essential
  • RG146 compliant preferable
