The opportunity to join our team

The Workplace Concierge Leader is responsible for guiding and supporting the concierge team to deliver outstanding front-of-house services while ensuring smooth office operations. This role focuses on supervising team performance, optimising processes, driving continuous improvements, and effectively managing concierge resources. Additionally, the Leader will oversee the concierge spend and provide top-tier support for board events, ensuring that the Company Secretary (CoSec) and board members receive exceptional workplace assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Workplace Concierge team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily front-of-house services, resolve escalated issues, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workplace processes, implementing best practices and managing operational changes.
  • Manage the concierge spend, vendor relationships, and financial efficiency while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee workplace support for board meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and service delivery.

 

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in workplace management, team leadership, or customer service, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with a focus on operational improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with team members, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in vendor management, budget oversight, process improvement, and workplace health and safety standards.
