The opportunity to join our team
The Workplace Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding front-of-house services, ensuring seamless daily operations, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors. This role focuses on client-facing duties, supporting the office environment, and coordinating events, along with some facilities support. The Workplace Concierge will handle operational requests, address minor repairs, and collaborate with external service providers to maintain a well-functioning office space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff, and manage the visitor and contractor check-in process.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, event logistics, and provide executive and board support.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen restocking, and ensure equipment maintenance and restocking.
- Handle invoices, process service requests, and log day-to-day maintenance or technical needs.
- Ensure safety compliance, manage security passes, and support ergonomic assessments and office safety initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house, reception, or concierge role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong customer service experience, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of workplace technologies, office equipment, and security systems.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills to maintain a functional and tidy office environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset for delivering high-quality service.
