The opportunity to join our team

As Traffic & Delivery Manager, you will keep our internal creative, content and social workflows running smoothly, efficiently and compliantly within a financial services environment. Reporting to the Senior Creative Operations Manager, you’ll manage demand, resourcing, timelines and production processes to ensure work is delivered on time, on brand and on budget. You will play a critical role in connecting strategy, creative, compliance and delivery balancing pace with governance. With a strong focus on AI-enabled workflow and production tools, you’ll continuously improve how we plan, produce and deliver high-quality marketing and member communications. This is a pivotal coordination role that enables teams to deliver value to members faster, more accurately and with greater consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end traffic management across the internal creative, social and content team
  • Manage job intake, prioritisation, scheduling and resourcing to balance demand and capacity
  • Utilise Adobe Workfront (or equivalent workflow tools) to maintain clear visibility of workloads, timelines and dependencies
  • Partner with stakeholders to set realistic timelines and manage expectations across agile and quarterly planning cycles
  • Oversee production of assets across digital, social, CRM, web, paid media, print and video
  • Manage production schedules, approvals, handovers and version control to ensure seamless delivery
  • Lead governance of Adobe Digital Asset Management (Assets), including metadata standards, tagging and asset lifecycle management
  • Ensure workflows align with financial services governance, risk and compliance requirements, including audit-ready documentation
  • Implement and optimise AI-enabled workflow and production tools to improve efficiency, forecasting and automation
  • Act as the central coordination point across creative, marketing, compliance and external partners removing blockers and communicating status, risks and milestones clearly

 

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Production Manager or Creative Operations Manager within an in-house environment
  • Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated industry
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Adobe Workfront (or similar enterprise workflow tools)
  • Hands-on experience managing Adobe DAM (Assets) or similar digital asset management platforms
  • Strong understanding of creative, content and marketing production workflows
  • Experience implementing or optimising AI-enabled workflow or production tools
  • Demonstrated success managing a high-traffic, fast-paced studio environment
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience working client side or within in-house creative teams preferred
