These new roles are key to re-imagining our client-led digital strategy, driving customer growth, and delivering exceptional experiences through best-in-class MarTech capabilities.
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst - MarTech to play a pivotal role in bringing our personalisation strategy to life. Positioned at the intersection of marketing, business, and technology, this role is all about shaping the end-user experience and ensuring your work delivers measurable impact in market.
You’ll be right at the centre of building experiences that our customers actually feel. Every requirement you gather, every process you map, every user story you write - it all adds up to shaping how people interact with our brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the holistic requirements that will deliver our best-in-class MarTech stack including Adobe RT-CDP, personalisation engines, experience and experimentation capabilities and an AI-driven content supply chain
- Partner with marketing teams to translate use cases into clear business and technical requirements that sequence our pipelines for delivery
- Map data flows and customer journeys, ensuring they align with use cases, business requirements and personalisation strategies
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to design solutions that are not just possible, but powerful
- Document current and future-state MarTech processes, spotting gaps and opportunities
- Support UAT - defining test cases, catching edge cases, and making sure the experience works as intended
What you will bring
- Hands-on experience with customer data attributes, marketing automation and decision platforms, personalisation systems, and email platforms
- Ability to bridge the gap between business goals and technical requirements
- Strength in data mapping and data modelling to support smarter, more personalised marketing outcomes
- Solid grasp of SDLC best practices and Agile ways of working (think JIRA, Confluence, ceremonies, backlogs—the works)
- A knack for stakeholder management, leading workshops, and an ability to bring everyone on the journey
