The opportunity to join our team
This role will be responsible for supporting Insignia Financial’s service provider governance and risk management. This role will ensure that Insignia Financial effectively manages risks associated with material service providers that deliver the needs of our strategic partners and Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Agreement Managers with day-to-day management of the relationships with material service providers, and the quality and delivery of services.
- Act as a point of contact for Insignia’s material service providers in matters related to material arrangements.
- Assist in production of reporting on our material service providers (i.e., Member Office, External Trustees, Boards, and/or Risk Compliance Committees).
- Provide support and analysis to resolve disputes and issues identified in consultation with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain excellent relationships and work on a collaborative basis with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of Agreement Manager performance in managing their contracts.
- Provide guidance and support to agreement managers to ensure compliance with CPS 230.
- Collaborate with the operational resilience team to ensure service providers can maintain critical operations during disruptions.
What you will bring
- Superannuation or Banking Experience essential.
- Proven experience in a similar role desirable - managing corporate relationships or supplier management.
- Experience in the preparation of high-quality reports, proposals, letters, and emails.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to influence and deal with stakeholders at all levels (ELT and Directors).
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and obligations combined with solid analytical skills and ability to report data in a meaningful manner.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (presentations).
- Strong understanding of APRA's CPS 230 and its requirements.
- Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRISC, CISA) is a plus.
