The opportunity to join our team
As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will own the planning, creation, and management of content across our social and owned channels, ensuring our brand shows up in a compelling, consistent, and high-performing way. You will lead community management and social operations, embedding best-practice processes and platform governance to support long-term growth. Working across both consumer and business audiences, you’ll balance creativity with commercial outcomes, risk awareness, and brand integrity. Partnering closely with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Compliance, and external vendors, you’ll bring social to life through engaging, platform-native content supported by strong reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the social and owned content calendar in collaboration with Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams
- Create and oversee high-quality written and visual content tailored to both consumer and B2B audiences
- Lead organic social strategy, translating owned content into engaging, platform-native executions that drive growth
- Own day-to-day social media publishing, engagement, and moderation to build brand advocacy and community
- Establish and maintain best-practice governance, workflows, and operational processes across social channels
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of social media management tools and platform capabilities
- Track, analyse, and report on organic social performance, using insights to inform continuous improvement
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver compliant, on-brand, high-quality content
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in social media and content management within a brand, marketing, or digital environment
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple social platforms and content calendars simultaneously
- Confidence using social media management and analytics tools to drive performance insights
- Experience boosting organic content and understanding paid amplification fundamentals
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable optimisation strategies
- Sound understanding of brand governance, compliance, and risk management principles
- Experience working client side or within in-house creative teams preferred
