The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Solution Designer who can take ownership of the technical solution end-to-end and is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are shaping strategy. We’ve got multiple new modules in progress, a solid line-up of integrations coming, and a business that’s ready to jump on platform-driven solutions. You’ll be stepping into a mature, respected, and growing platform team with the freedom to work across a wide range of modules, not get stuck in one lane, and the scope to influence direction while delivering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical solution design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, BCM, SPM, IRM, and other modules
  • Maintain platform health - conduct checks, apply fixes, keep performance high
  • Drive integrations, including work with Security and Monitoring tools
  • Guide first-time implementations of new ServiceNow modules
  • Provide architectural leadership, technical best practices, and hands-on delivery
  • Mentor and uplift the capability of developers and specialists

What you will bring

You’re a hands on ServiceNow Solution Designer who knows how to design, build, and deliver in complex enterprise environments, and you can back it up with real, roll up your sleeves experience. You know compliance and governance aren’t blockers, they’re part of doing it right.

  • ServiceNow Certified Architect (CSA or higher) with deep technical capability
  • Extensive hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules
  • Proven delivery in enterprise environments, ideally financial services or superannuation
  • Familiarity with CPS 230, APRA, and complex compliance frameworks
  • Experience outside pure consulting, or a strong track record of hands-on delivery within it
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
