We're looking for a ServiceNow Delivery Partner to join our Service Management team. No two days are the same in this role—you’ll take on a mix of challenges, drive real improvements, and work closely with key stakeholders to keep our IT services running efficiently. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful change! You'll lead ServiceNow projects, ensuring smooth operations while shaping the future of our IT services. From improving efficiency to enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ServiceNow projects—from planning to execution
- Keep the ServiceNow platform up to date, secure, and optimised for business needs
- Drive automation and process improvements, making the most of standard features and best practices
- Champion a Self-Service culture, empowering users and enhancing efficiency
- Collaborate with IT and business units, providing expert guidance and aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business goals
- Monitor platform performance, provide insights, and ensure continuous improvement
What you will bring
You bring broad experience in ServiceNow, spanning technology, business, and IT functions—including Risk, HR, ITSM, ITOM, BSM, and ITAM.
- Experience managing external vendors and contingent workers in a service management environment
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- The ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- A passion for technology, problem-solving, and delivering real value to the organisation
