The opportunity to join our team

The Senior Workplace Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of building services and infrastructure across our offices. This includes overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with external vendors, and maintaining workplace systems. The role is crucial in ensuring the workplace environment remains operational and adheres to safety regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance schedules for building infrastructure and services, ensuring efficient service resolution.
  • Oversee technical building services, safety compliance, and liaise with external vendors for workplace-related services.
  • Manage security systems, access control, parking registers, and compliance measures to maintain workplace security.
  • Coordinate and oversee external service providers, ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations and SLAs for workplace services.
  • Identify and implement workplace and operational improvements, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Track and process invoices for Facilities Management, technology renewals, and security systems to ensure accurate financial oversight.
     

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, property services, or a similar role.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management, with strong liaison skills for external service providers.
  • Knowledge of WHS standards and compliance, with experience in safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in managing workplace technologies, including access control and security systems.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on safety, compliance, and functionality.
