We're looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Specialist – Organisational Development to join our People & Strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people initiatives to life, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery, and creating meaningful employee experiences. This role is a 12 months maternity leave cover.
You'll play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide organisational development initiatives across leadership, talent, learning, employee engagement, Diversity, Equity & Belonging (DEB), and Community. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help build capability, strengthen culture, and support a high-performing organisation.
As a trusted member of the Organisational Development team, you will:
- Deliver and coordinate enterprise-wide organisational development initiatives across leadership, talent, learning, engagement and culture.
- Translate strategic priorities into well-managed delivery plans, ensuring programs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate learning programs, workshops, leadership events and onboarding experiences, managing logistics from end to end.
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our employee volunteering and Community programs.
- Support Diversity, Equity & Belonging initiatives that foster an inclusive and connected workplace.
- Coordinate employee listening activities, including engagement surveys, analysing insights and supporting action planning.
- Support talent management activities including talent reviews, succession planning and critical role management.
- Manage annual compliance learning campaigns and contribute to the development of engaging learning content and digital learning pathways.
- Partner with People & Culture, HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver exceptional organisational development outcomes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve programs, processes and the overall employee experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Extensive experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Talent, People & Culture or a related discipline.
- Exposure across multiple organisational development disciplines such as leadership development, talent, learning, employee engagement, culture or Diversity, Equity & Belonging.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating learning programs, workshops or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement and people data to generate meaningful insights.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, HR systems, Learning Management Systems, survey platforms and digital learning tools.
- A growth mindset, curiosity to continuously learn, and a passion for improving the employee experience.
- Relevant certifications in organisational development, learning, coaching or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
