The opportunity to join our team
The Senior Segment Marketing Manager for Engagement & Retention (55+) leads and implements a variety of marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and retention across all brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance member relationships and engagement across all brands, focusing on the 55+ age segment.
- Lead and implement 1:1 engagement and retention programs, overseeing execution with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Design and deliver member programs grounded in business insights, addressing member needs, market context, and competitive dynamics.
- Execute cross-channel campaigns, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media to maximize engagement and retention, while optimizing the member lifecycle.
- Manage budgets, reporting, risk, and post-initiative reviews, continuously optimizing marketing efforts to drive business growth and positive member outcomes
What you will bring:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, proven experience in financial services marketing, specializing in B2C audiences across banking, wealth, and superannuation.
- In-depth understanding of superannuation, banking, wealth, retirement, and investment landscapes, with expertise in customer-contact strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experienced in translating business strategy into actionable marketing plans, including segmentation, targeting, campaign management, and forecasting.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and innovative, with excellent project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver business outcomes.
