As our Senior Product Owner - Direct Acquisition Technology, you’ll play an important role in shaping the new member acquisition journey across our technology environment, driving seamless, impactful solutions for our clients.
Your Impact:
In this role, you’ll be the visionary and strategist, aligning diverse stakeholders and shaping solutions to deliver innovative digital acquisition experiences. You’ll bring together marketing, brand, product, and digital technology teams to build a compelling, customer-centric journey that enhances member engagement and optimizes onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define a clear and compelling target state for Direct Acquisition across internal and third-party technologies, and create a roadmap for continuous, iterative improvement.
- Align stakeholders with objectives and outcomes for the Direct Acquisition channel, ensuring strategic goals translate into measurable business results.
- Shape ideas and requirements into exceptional digital experiences, driving engagement, efficiency, and brand alignment.
- Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of digital solutions.
- Manage backlog prioritization using data analytics, trends, and competitive insights to boost engagement, enhance lifetime value, and mitigate risks.
What You Bring to This Role
- Proven Digital Product Leadership: Demonstrated success in digital product management across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: A track record of innovation, delivering business outcomes, and pushing boundaries to achieve success.
- Influential & Collaborative: Ability to engage and influence multiple teams, shaping use cases and articulating clear, compelling customer journeys.
- Project Management Excellence: Strong problem-solving skills with Agile methodology expertise.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the superannuation industry is essential, along with the ability to understand technology needs and translate them into business opportunities.
