The opportunity to join our team

At Insignia Financial, we’re building a smarter, more connected digital and customer experience to support the next chapter of our business. Following our major tech simplification and consolidation program in 2024, we’re now in full build mode. New platforms. New partners. New ways of working. And a genuine shift toward a client led, digitally enabled future.

What makes these roles truly exciting is the opportunity to build from scratch using brand new tools across the MarTech and data ecosystem. You will join a collaborative, friendly and supportive engineering team that values shared learning and open problem solving. This is a place where people work well together, enjoy the work they do and are trusted to shape solutions that will power the next generation of our customer experience.

We’re now looking for a two Senior MarTech Engineers to design, build and integrate the technical foundations that will enable personalised, data driven experiences and marketing activation at scale.
In this role, you will help design, build and integrate the core components of our modern MarTech and data ecosystem. You will:

  • Build and configure key MarTech platforms including CDP, consent and preference tools and marketing automation components
  • Design and deliver data connectors, APIs, file transfer processes and real time or event based data flows
  • Support web analytics, tagging, launch management and data automation activities
  • Translate solution designs into scalable, high performing technical implementations using modern engineering practices
  • Collaborate with architects, technical leads, data engineering and marketing teams to deliver business requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues across platforms, integrations and data flows and contribute to platform reliability
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery across the ecosystem
  • Share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement and best practice engineering

What You Bring to This Role

To be successful, you will bring strong technical capability across integration, cloud and modern engineering practices. You will have:

  • Experience across MarTech platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, AEP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with cloud based services in AWS or GCP, ideally including IAM, EC2, Lambda, Kafka, S3, SNS or equivalent
  • Hands on experience building APIs, file based integrations and event streaming based integrations
  • Exposure to ETL or data integration patterns and experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or similar is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to operate across both cloud engineering and integration engineering disciplines
  • Familiarity with web analytics, tagging, data flows and data automation
  • Scripting or development experience (Python, NodeJS, JavaScript or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non technical teams

Experience across MarTech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, AEP or similar is highly desirable but not essential.

If you bring strong integration and cloud engineering skills, we can support you to build MarTech platform knowledge on the job.
