As the Senior Manager – Platform Strategy, you’ll be responsible for identifying and driving strategic initiatives across product design, digital experiences, process optimisation, and AI enablement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap that enhances customer outcomes and delivers commercial value.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead customer, market, competitor, and regulatory analysis to identify emerging trends
  • Define strategic initiatives aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Drive process improvement and explore AI opportunities to enhance efficiency and experience
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes
  • Engage and influence senior executives to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Develop business cases and track performance of strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and enterprise risk frameworks

 

What you will bring: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data strategy roles
  • Tertiary Qualified in a relevant business discipline
  • Understanding of agile delivery practices
  • Experience with data platforms required
  • Proficiency in analytics tools
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to translate data into business insights
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
  • A commitment to delivering excellence in member and investor outcomes aligned to improving the financial future of Australians
