We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – Platform Design to lead the design and delivery of service efficiency initiatives across our Wrap Development Platform. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational productivity, reduce friction for teams and customers, and enable scalable AI and automation solutions. You will work closely with business, technology, operations, risk and product stakeholders to translate service challenges into practical, future-ready solutions that improve adviser, client and internal team experiences. This is an opportunity to influence how we modernise service delivery, embed intelligent ways of working, and deliver measurable efficiency outcomes across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of service efficiency initiatives that simplify processes, remove operational friction, and improve productivity across the Wrap platform
- Identify, assess and prioritise opportunities for AI, automation, workflow optimisation and digital enablement to improve service outcomes
- Define future-state service journeys, operating models, workflows, data requirements and integration points that support scalable and efficient delivery
- Partner with technology, operations, product, risk and compliance teams to ensure AI and automation solutions are practical, governed, safe and fit for purpose
- Facilitate discovery and design workshops to align stakeholders on pain points, opportunities, scope, priorities and trade-offs
- Provide oversight and challenge to ensure proposed solutions are customer-centred, operationally viable, compliant and aligned to business strategy
- Influence senior decision-making through clear articulation of benefits, risks, dependencies, delivery pathways and expected efficiency outcomes
- Support business readiness, change impact assessment, adoption planning and benefits tracking for new service efficiency and AI-enabled capabilities
What you will bring:
- Proven experience designing and delivering service efficiency, process improvement, automation, AI-enabled or platform solutions, within Wealth Management platforms, Superannuation, IDPS or the Financial Services sector
- Strong understanding of service and operations, workflow design, data flows, process optimisation, platform capability and technology-enabled change
- Practical understanding of AI, automation, intelligent workflow or decision-support solutions
- Ability to work across business, product, technology, operations, risk and compliance functions to shape solutions that are scalable, governed and fit for purpose
- Experience in agile delivery environments, including discovery, backlog shaping, prioritisation and delivery planning
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills across senior audiences
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops, resolve ambiguity and align stakeholders around measurable outcomes
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, adoption and benefits realisation
- Experience establishing service design standards, operating frameworks, governance practices or continuous improvement methods
- Growth mindset with a passion for service excellence, continuous improvement, innovation and responsible use of AI
