The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Conduct & Governance Risk, you’ll support the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide compliance and conduct risk frameworks. This role is hands-on, focused on operational execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Drive the development and implementation of the Group’s Conduct Risk framework, aligned with our Code of Conduct and responsive to emerging risks
- Embed the Consequence Management Framework with People & Culture, ensuring consistent, fair, and risk-aware performance outcomes
- Prepare and coordinate materials for the Risk & Conduct Forum, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation
- Promote and operationalise the Speak Up Program, building awareness and trust in misconduct reporting channels
- Oversee day-to-day governance of the Whistleblower Program, including policy management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
- Contribute to the review, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-wide compliance frameworks, including conflicts management and responsible officer obligations
- Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement in the compliance framework
- Monitor, analyse, and report on compliance insights, exceptions, and breaches, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Support the design and delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives to strengthen organisational capability
What you’ll bring
- A degree in Business, Law, or related discipline
- 7–10 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or governance within financial services
- Deep knowledge of conduct risk, consequence management, and whistleblower frameworks
- A passion for bringing curiosity and fresh ideas to how we approach challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Confidence influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
