In this role, you’ll define, lead, and execute go-to-market strategies that ensure our propositions are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted across internal and external channels. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver seamless execution and drive change readiness across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and own GTM strategies tailored to customer segments and use cases
  • Create compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive delivery
  • Monitor GTM performance and continuously optimise based on feedback and trends
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through training, communications, and enablement tools
  • Promote visibility of the roadmap and upcoming deliverables
  • Ensure change readiness and clear communication of impact assessments 

 

What you will bring: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in GTM, product marketing, commercial strategy or distribution in financial services
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline
  • Communications experience with the ability to write content and tell our story
  • Proven success in launching initiatives and enabling business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Innovative mindset with an appetite for digital and AI-driven solutions
  • Experience in agile delivery environments and product development practices
  • Commitment to delivering excellence in member and investor outcomes
