About the Role
As our Senior Manager, Reporting & Insights, you will lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights that shape workforce strategy, enhance employee experience, and enable evidence-based decision-making across the People & Culture function. This role is pivotal in building our people analytics capability, developing frameworks, reporting tools, and dashboards that inform talent, diversity, engagement, and performance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Insight Leadership
Champion thought leadership in people analytics to elevate organisational capability and drive strategic workforce decisions. - Performance & Reward Analytics
Shape a high-performance culture by enabling measurement and tracking of reward strategies and performance frameworks that support talent attraction, retention, and motivation. - Enterprise Reporting Strategy
Lead the implementation of organisation-wide P&C data and insights priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategy. - Annual Cycle Reporting
Own and support reporting requirements across P&C annual cycles, ensuring they drive performance and behaviours aligned to strategic goals. - Process Optimisation
Continuously review and improve reporting and analytics processes to maximise efficiency, simplify user experience, and enable effective portfolio operations. - Capability Building
Design and deliver education sessions to build data literacy across the organisation, empowering leaders to interpret and act on insights. - Proactive Insight Generation
Be a trusted advisor by identifying trends, surfacing opportunities, and flagging risks through data storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Bring
- HR degree qualification (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce reporting, or HR insights.
- Deep knowledge of reporting and analytics design, theory, methodology, best practices, industry trends, and regulatory environments.
- Strong experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors ideal), data warehousing, and data governance.
- Proven ability to lead a data/analytics function, ideally within Financial Services.
- Advanced analytical, consulting, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality outcomes.
