Role Title: Senior Manager Data Analytics
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives that turn complex data into actionable insights, enabling better business decisions and improved client outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to solve problems, shape analytics strategy, and deliver scalable reporting, dashboards and data-led solutions.
- Uplift team capability and drive strong data governance, platform adoption and best practice across analytics, data quality and enterprise data use.

About the Role
This role provides insights and support decision making with data. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and translate data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions.
Working across analytics, insights and data strategy, you will lead complex analytics initiatives end to end, contribute to scalable reporting and dashboard solutions, and help uplift team capability, governance and enterprise data adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex analytics initiatives, from problem definition through to analytics design and delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and measure impact
- Lead analytics initiatives and identify opportunities for ML and AI integration to solve business problems
- Contribute to dashboards and reporting solutions that support strategic decision making
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, executives, boards and committees
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to uplift team capability and embed best practice
- Support the development and execution of the data and analytics strategy
- Champion enterprise data platform adoption through training, support and self-service analytics enablement
- Ensure strong data governance, security, accuracy, reliability and timeliness in all analytics and insight outputs
What you will bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Experience in data science and machine learning is preferred
- Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, Python or similar
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and storage solutions such as Databricks, Snowflake or GCP, with GCP experience preferred
- Strong capability in data preparation and an understanding of data models and structures that support analytical solutions
- Strong knowledge of data governance practices including data access, storage, sharing and use
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment and mentoring others
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences
- Understanding of wealth management, super, investments and platforms is preferred
