- Design and deliver tailored client solutions addressing needs in superannuation, financial wellbeing, and employee engagement, using advanced proposal automation tools where appropriate.
- Build and sustain trusted C-suite relationships with HR, Finance, and business leaders, positioning Insignia Financial as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating client strategy, workforce challenges, and industry trends into actionable solutions.
- Ensure seamless client experience by overseeing structured handover to implementation and service teams.
- Maintain market leadership knowledge by tracking superannuation, corporate benefits, and institutional finance trends, incorporating global benchmarks and emerging digital practices.
- Represent Insignia Financial at industry forums, executive roundtables, and thought-leadership platforms to enhance market presence and brand equity.
- Continuously uplift sales standards by benchmarking against global best practices in enterprise sales, sales enablement, and digital engagement tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client teams to co-design compelling go-to-market strategies.
- Support executive reporting with accurate, real-time pipeline forecasting, client feedback loops, and competitor intelligence generated through CRM and AI.
- Model ethical, client-first practices aligned with regulatory and compliance standards, embedding transparency and trust at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement within the Corporate Growth team, embedding a growth mindset and innovation focus.
- Mentor and coach colleagues, transferring knowledge of world-class B2B sales disciplines, enterprise relationship management, and AI-enabled sales practices.
