Senior Manager, AI Adoption

At Insignia Financial, we’re developing real scalable AI adoption across the enterprise. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand AI, you’ve applied it, built with it, and know how to make it stick in a business environment.

This is a build-and-deliver role where you’ll own outcomes end-to-end, shaping how AI capability is developed, embedded and scaled across the organisation.

The opportunity to join our team

This is a hands-on build role where you’ll design and scale how AI is learned, applied and adopted across the organisation.

You’ll own the creation of structured, role-based learning programs that move employees from awareness to real-world application, driving better decisions, productivity and customer outcomes.

Year one is a high-impact build phase, where you’ll establish frameworks, design structured programs and roll them out across the organisation. You’ll have the scope to shape how this evolves, rather than inherit something finished. You’ll work across the business with strong visibility, partnering with senior stakeholders to define what “good” looks like for AI capability, and then delivering it.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and build AI learning programs that are practical, scalable and aligned to real business use cases
• Partner with Microsoft and learning vendors to shape best-in-class training pathways
• Define what “good looks like” for AI capability across different business units and maturity levels
• Translate AI tools into role-based, actionable learning experiences
• Contribute to and evolve our AI Academy, learning ecosystem and capability frameworks
• Drive adoption and behaviour change

What you will bring

• Demonstrated use of AI tools as part of everyday work
• Proven experience designing and building structured learning or capability programs
• Ability to work across beginner and advanced AI capability levels
• Strong understanding of how AI is applied in real workplace scenarios
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or ways of working at scale
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
