The opportunity to join our team

You will lead the end-to-end personalisation strategy, shaping tailored customer experiences across our digital platforms. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to embed personalisation into broader digital initiatives. You’ll champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, leveraging data insights to optimise content and customer journeys. As a team leader, you will foster capability development and ensure governance compliance while driving innovation in digital marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the personalisation strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Champion a data-driven approach to customer experience, using insights to guide targeting and content decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate personalisation into wider digital projects
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Digital Publishing and Personalisation Managers
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
  • Oversee resource planning, performance management, and capability building within the team
  • Drive the effective use of Adobe Target for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalised content delivery
  • Manage content strategy and publishing workflows within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS platforms
  • Ensure content and platform governance and compliance with brand, technical, and regulatory standards
  • Provide thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing

 

What you will bring:

  • Strong experience in digital personalisation, optimisation, or digital experience management
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for customer experience and innovation
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
  • Hands-on expertise in Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Good knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, and digital performance analytics
  • Ability to streamline processes and optimise operational efficiencies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
