We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and elevate DevOps, and operational excellence across our Customer Technology division. You’ll play a key role in shaping our public-facing digital platforms, working in a multi-cloud environment and using modern tooling, including AI-driven engineering practices  to build platforms that are reliable, scalable, secure and fast.

It’s a high-impact, visible role with real ownership, senior technical influence, and a challenge that will stretch and broaden your skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and optimise cloud infrastructure
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Adobe Cloud, enterprise integrations)
• Implement testing and automation to improve release quality and confidence
• Set up monitoring, dashboards and alerting integrated with incident management
• Partner with Security, Governance and Architecture on DevSecOps practices
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement across the platform

What you will bring

• Strong AWS experience
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Solid GitOps / CI/CD background
• Strong Linux, networking and SQL fundamentals
• Scripting in Python and Bash
• Senior problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience with GCP and/or Adobe Cloud
• Interest in AI tooling and modern engineering practices
• Experience in high traffic digital environments
