The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for a skilled communications professional with a strong understanding of superannuation and regulatory environments to join our Product Communications team. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end development and delivery of member, adviser and employer communications across a range of large-scale initiatives. With every project different from the last, you’ll play a key role in translating complex product and regulatory change into clear, compliant and engaging content.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product communications for personal, corporate, wholesale investment, super and retirement products
- Lead communication strategies for large-scale projects, including Master Trust initiatives
- Write and coordinate delivery of collateral across multiple channels - print, digital, and system-generated communications
- Manage stakeholder engagement, approvals, and implementation timelines
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment across all communications
What you will bring
You have a strong background in superannuation or investments and experience delivering communications in highly regulated environments. You're confident managing multiple priorities and skilled at simplifying complexity.
- Proven experience in communications, product or project roles within superannuation or financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance processes
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and plain language
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines
- Experience leading end-to-end delivery of communications across large-scale initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including Product, Legal, Technology and Marketing
