The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll help shape the cloud landing zone that teams around the company use to build and deploy Cloud services. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and landing zones in modern AWS and Google Cloud environments. Working closely with your team, you’ll develop innovative solutions and drive their implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain AWS & GCP infrastructure and platform services
• Identify, develop and automate technical controls to boost landing zone quality and compliance
• Mentor and coach junior engineers while encouraging a culture of continuous learning
• Create technical documentation to showcase best practices and successful outcomes

What you will bring

You’re passionate about cloud technology and succeed in an environment that values collaboration, security, compliance, and best practices. With expertise in AWS and/or GCP, you have a solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, networking, guardrails, and regulatory compliance. We’d love to hear about the impactful projects you’ve led, designed, and implemented.

• Proven experience in Cloud infrastructure and platform automation
• Hands-on expertise building Infrastructure as Code (preferably CloudFormation or Terraform)
• Appreciation for building technical controls, to ensure our internal Cloud customers use the service in line with best practice
• Understanding of software engineering principals to create resilient infrastructure pipelines
• Solid Linux experience
