We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Training Manager to lead the change learning and capability uplift across an enterprise strategic initiative within our wealth management business.

In this role you will work closely with Senior Change Managers on the program to design and deliver an integrated learning program that equips our people with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to successfully adopt change. You will be part of a collaborative, experienced Enterprise Change team that values partnership, curiosity and practical delivery to land change safely.

Key areas of this role include:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end training approach aligned to the overall change strategy
  • Partner with the Change Manager to design an integrated learning program that supports adoption and business readiness
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps arising from the change
  • Design and oversee blended learning solutions including formal training, on the job learning and performance support
  • Coordinate training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation and vendor engagement where required
  • Ensure all training content and materials are high quality, consistent and aligned to change messaging
  • Measure training effectiveness and business readiness, using insights to refine the approach
  • Provide advice to senior stakeholders on change traiuplift, learning strategy and adoption risks
  • Build strong relationships across the business to support engagement and change learning outcomes

 

What You Bring to This Role

We are looking for a senior change professional with deep experience leading training within complex transformation programs. You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and driving delivery, with a strong focus on learning led change enablement.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading training and learning workstreams within enterprise change programs
  • Strong change management capability, with the ability to align learning strategies to broader change outcomes
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions at scale
  • Demonstrated expertise in training needs analysis, learning design and evaluation
  • The ability to partner closely with Change Managers to develop integrated change and learning approaches
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including with senior leaders
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and communication capability across diverse audiences
  • Experience working within complex, regulated environments such as financial services is highly regarded
