The opportunity to join our team
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to lead the change on a significant strategic program of work within our wealth management business. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the change end-to-end on a strategic initiative, shaping how we approach the change, influencing senior stakeholders and ultimately landing the change safely for our customers and our people.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the full change agenda for a large enterprise strategic initiative, driving the change strategy, planning and delivery across multiple teams and audiences. You will:
- Develop the change approach and associated communication and engagement plan for the initiative
- Identify and manage internal and external change impacts, ensuring our people and customers are supported throughout the change
- Plan and execute all change interventions and business readiness activities to drive adoption
- Provide trusted advice and insights to senior leaders, helping them understand the change risks, opportunities and how best to land the change
- Build strong relationships across the business and bring stakeholders along the journey
- Uplift change capability across teams and champion best practice delivery
What You Bring to This Role
We’re looking for a confident, seasoned change professional who is comfortable leading complex change initiatives with minimal guidance. You’ll need to have
- Knowledge of wealth management, superannuation and investments
- Strong experience delivering project based organisational change (not PM roles with partial change exposure)
- A track record of leading large scale or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Proven experience developing and executing detailed change strategies and plans
- The ability to think strategically while navigating practical delivery constraints
- Experience assessing business readiness and guiding teams through adoption
