The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Change Manager to join our Enterprise Change team in a max term role. This isn’t narrow, it’s broad, strategic, and focused on driving large-scale, enterprise-wide change. Think influencing senior leaders, shaping strategies, coaching others, and then rolling up your sleeves to get the work done.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at both the strategic level (advising, designing, guiding) and the tactical level (planning, writing, coordinating, executing). You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across multiple divisions, leading end-to-end change management activities that land safely and stick.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver enterprise-wide change initiatives from strategy through execution
- Influence and advise senior leaders on how to land change safely and effectively
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee change interventions across multiple audience groups
- Identify impacts, shape strategies, and execute interventions to drive adoption
- Coach and guide leaders, Change Managers, and Senior Change Analysts
- Develop and deliver change comms, FAQs, and collateral (hands-on, not just oversight)
What you will bring
- Proven extensive change management experience in financial services/wealth
- Proven success leading large-scale, complex change initiatives and people transitions
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on delivery
- Strong stakeholder management, change planning, and execution expertise
- Exceptional communication skills to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Collaborative, resilient, and a go-getter who thrives in dynamic environments
