The opportunity to join our team

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to lead change activities across an enterprise strategic initiative within our wealth management business.

This role offers end‑to‑end ownership of the change agenda for a high‑profile initiative that is critical to our long‑term strategy. You’ll shape the overall change approach from day one, work closely with senior leaders, and ensure the change is landed safely and effectively for both our customers and our people.

You’ll be joining one of Australia’s leading wealth management organisations. At Insignia Financial, our purpose is to help people feel good about their money, and large‑scale transformation programs play a critical role in delivering on that purpose. You’ll be part of a collaborative, experienced (and awesome!) Enterprise Change team that values partnership, curiosity and practical delivery.

If you thrive in environments where you can work with a high degree of autonomy, build trust quickly, and confidently lead complex strategic change, this is a role where you can truly make an impact.

You’ll lead the change agenda for an enterprise strategic initiative, driving change strategy, planning and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and own the end to end change approach, including communication and engagement strategies
  • Identify, assess and manage internal and external change impacts, ensuring people and customers are supported throughout the journey
  • Plan and deliver change interventions and business readiness activities to drive adoption
  • Provide trusted advice to senior leaders on change risks, opportunities and strategic trade offs
  • Build strong, influential relationships across the business and bring stakeholders along the journey
  • Uplift change maturity and capability across teams, championing best practice change delivery

What You Bring to This Role

We’re looking for a confident, seasoned change professional who is comfortable leading complex strategic change initiatives with minimal supervision. You will bring:

  • Solid knowledge of wealth management, superannuation and investment environments
  • Strong experience delivering project‑based organisational change (rather than PM roles with partial change exposure)
  • A proven track record of leading large‑scale or enterprise transformation programs
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing detailed change strategies and plans
  • The ability to think strategically while navigating practical delivery constraints
  • Experience assessing business readiness and guiding teams through adoption
