We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Change Communications Manager to support a major strategic initiative within our organisation. This role is critical in shaping how we communicate change, engage our people, and build belief in the direction we’re heading. This is a unique opportunity to influence how change is experienced across the business and help bring our people on the journey.

 

The opportunity to join our team

As the Senior Change Communications Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of communication strategies that support change management and drive adoption across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our strategic goals.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys simplifying the complex, and is passionate about bringing people on the journey through compelling storytelling and thoughtful engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end change communication strategies for a major strategic initiative
  • Develop change narrative and supporting communication collateral and ensure brand and tone consistency
  • Craft clear, engaging, and tailored messaging for diverse internal and external audiences
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in across the business
  • Manage communication channels and activities including town halls, webinars, intranet updates, and milestone announcements
  • Provide quality assurance across all communication outputs
  • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously refine strategies for greater impact

 

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in leading change communications for large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong background in wealth management ,financial services, or similarly complex, regulated industries
  • Project management capability and a results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional writing, editorial, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information and tailor messaging to varied audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
