This role offers the chance to play a vital part in strengthening Insignia Financial’s operational resilience across key divisions including Wrap, MasterTrust and Enterprise Services. Working alongside the Head of Resilience and Reporting and Senior Manager Resilience, support the delivery and continuous improvement of group-wide operational resilience initiatives to ensure the organisation is well placed to respond to disruption. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining compliance with APRA regulatory requirements while protecting client and member interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support group risk and resilience activities through the provision of monitoring, analysis and reporting activities.
Monitoring & Insights
- Monitor resilience risks, controls, incidents, and actions.
- Maintain accurate data on Critical Operations and associated controls.
- Support integration of technology and procurement reporting relevant to Critical Operations.
- Analyse operational resilience data to generate insights for business leaders.
Governance & Reporting
- Conduct analysis of resilience data for Risk Committees on the status of the operational resilience programs.
- Assist in the review and alignment of resilience-related policies and procedures.
- Participate in incident and crisis response activities, including post-incident debriefs.
- Contribute to resilience governance forums (e.g., Operational Resilience Governance Forum).
Operational Resilience Oversight
- Support in the implementation and monitoring of the Operational Resilience Policy and supporting service catalogue.
- Monitor the performance of Critical Operations, including risk profiles, control effectiveness, and resilience control testing under CPS230.
Business Continuity & Crisis Management
- Contribute to the development and execution of the operational resilience policy.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of BCM and Crisis Management training across Insignia Financial.
- Support the Senior Resilience Manager to facilitate scenario testing and exercises, ensuring customer-centric decision-making.
What you will bring:
- Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience operationalising enterprise or risk management frameworks (preferred) and/or risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated understanding in Business Resilience and Crisis Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide specialist advice.
