The opportunity to join our team

You will drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative, enterprise-wide risk and compliance learning experiences. In this role, you will own the Risk Learning framework, creating engaging eLearning modules, toolkits and resources that empower employees and strengthen our risk culture. You’ll manage the Risk HQ page, keeping processes clear, user-friendly and impactful. Working closely with Risk Management leadership and key stakeholders, you’ll turn complex risk and compliance topics into practical, easy-to-understand learning solutions. This is a hands-on, tech-savvy role that calls for strong project management, organisational skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of the enterprise risk learning strategy
  • Maintain the risk capability framework to support organisational risk culture
  • Design and deliver eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Simplify complex risk, compliance, and regulatory concepts into practical learning
  • Develop scalable learning solutions across microlearning, toolkits, and communications
  • Collaborate with Risk Management leaders and stakeholders to address capability gaps
  • Manage and maintain the Risk HQ page
  • Oversee learning projects from design to delivery, ensuring quality and timelines

 

What you will bring:

  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) is a must
  • Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, business, communications, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in learning, change management, or communications
  • Experience in financial services and/or risk and compliance learning is preferred
  • Experience managing SharePoint and Confluence content
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
