Are you looking for a role where you will work in a team that punches above its weight, inside a business that’s backing real change? This is a rare chance to help shape how marketing technology delivers— with the speed and autonomy most large organisations can’t offer.
We’re looking for a high-energy, action-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic MarTech team and help drive real change, fast. You’ll keep multiple projects moving, cut through complexity, and bring the structure needed to turn momentum into real results.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team inside a large business. This team feels more like a start-up rather than a large corporate. If you’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, rolls up your sleeves, and cuts through indecision to drive outcomes, keep reading.
The opportunity to join our team
We’re not just hiring for experience - we’re looking for drive, initiative, with the confidence to deliver without needing a big team around you. You know how to lead projects from the front, but you're also comfortable handling the day-to-day detail that keeps things moving. You’ll fit in here if you don’t wait to be told what’s next – instead you anticipate it, plan for it, and make it happen. This role suits someone who’s proactive, pragmatic, and energised by solving real problems in real time.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle—scope it, plan it, drive it, deliver it.
- Run core project functions: stand-ups, JIRA boards, RAID logs, timelines, and reporting.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities without losing momentum.
- Work across marketing, tech, data, vendors, and business teams to keep delivery aligned.
- Proactively manage risks and issues—raising flags early and solving problems fast.
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely, clear, and actionable updates.
Partner with a Change Manager to drive adoption through effective comms and transition planning.
What You Bring to This Role
In this role, you’ll lead from the front, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You’ll be juggling competing priorities, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and making decisions quickly. It’s a fast-moving environment where clarity, ownership, and resilience matter more than perfect plans.
- Project management experience, ideally in digital, tech, or data. MarTech knowledge is great, but energy and pace matter more.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex environments.
- You’re hands-on and organised, with the ability to drive both admin and execution.
- Strong communicator—you can influence, escalate, and get people on board.
- Adaptable and resilient—you stay calm and focused when things shift or speed up.
- Confident using delivery tools like JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gantt charts when needed.
