Working closely with other teams within MLC Asset Management, your role will be to ensure that the Managed Account offering remains contemporary and competitive through ongoing product management, maintenance, and enhancements, while ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual and legal obligations.

What You'll be responsible for:
- Design and deliver competitive investment solutions tailored to retail and wholesale clients
- Support the development and execution of Managed Account strategies
- Collaborate with Asset Management, Platform, and Marketing teams to align on product offerings and sales and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as platforms, advisers, dealer groups, research houses, and asset consultants
- Drive innovation and ensure excellence in execution by working closely with business units and internal and external partners
- Manage risks proactively and foster a strong risk-aware culture by:
- Ensuring compliance with policies and requirements.
- Establishing and testing controls for Managed Accounts products.
- Adhering to processes and procedures.
- Promptly addressing and escalating any issues, breaches, or risks identified.
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled communicator with:
- Experience in asset management across investment, operations, or product
- Experience in creating and executing Product Disclosure Statements
- Managed Account knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of financial and regulatory markets
- Knowledge of the asset management industry, including competitors, investment products, policies, regulations, pricing, and operating environments
- Familiarity with client and industry requirements, fiduciary duties, governance, and disclosure obligations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
- The ability to communicate effectively and deliver results across teams
