The opportunity to join our team 

Great opportunity to work within the Wrap business and help shape the strategy. In this role you will work within a small team and have the ability to influence and make a difference.

You will be responsible for analysing, shaping and optimising the end-to-end digital experience for advisers, clients and employers. This role will suit someone ‘hands on’ who likes variety.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive initiatives to improve and maintain engaging, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile applications
  • Lead our delivery process for your initiatives by working collaboratively within your delivery team engaging all relevant stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure user experiences are intuitive, accessible and effective
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align user experience outcomes with the expectations of key stakeholders, including Licensees, Advisers, Clients, and Employers
  • Design and prioritise WebDev initiatives
  • Work closely with advisers and licensees to gain insights into challenges, processes, and areas for improving digital solutions
  • Facilitate co-design sessions, usability testing and feedback loops to shape user experiences
  • Leverage adviser insights to guide design decisions, ensuring solutions are both user-centric and value-driven
  • Stay across competitor and industry movements to identify trends, benchmarks and innovation opportunities
  • Conduct or seek regular benchmarking, NPS and gap analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
  • Use analytics and data to optimise user journeys

 

What you will bring: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in user experience or product design
  • Understanding of agile delivery practices
  • Strong understanding of adviser needs, experience in user design, user research, digital platforms, customer journey mapping and user testing
  • Awareness of industry and competitor trends with the ability to translate insights into action
  • A commitment to delivering excellence in member and investor outcomes aligned to improving the financial future of Australians
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
