  • Lead the personalisation, experimentation, and optimisation initiatives across digital channels
  • Translates insights into actionable strategies that deliver seamless, compliant, and high-impact customer experiences
  • 12-month max-term contract, based in Sydney or Melbourne 

 

The opportunity to join our team 

Great opportunity to drive data-led targeted digital marketing strategies, enhancing customer experiences through tailored content and continuous optimisation. In this role you will develop and implement personalisation strategies to deliver highly relevant customer experiences across digital channels.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and ongoing optimisation efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Oversee the use of customer segmentation models, audience insights, and predictive analytics to enhance targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, UX, and technology teams to create seamless and effective personalised experiences
  • Ensure all personalisation initiatives align with brand and compliance standards, particularly in a financial services context
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve efficiency
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in personalisation and optimisation

 

What you will bring: 

  • Proven experience in personalisation, digital optimisation, and data-driven marketing
  • Strong understanding of Adobe marketing automation tools, customer data platforms (CDPs), and AI-driven targeting
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), user journey mapping, and audience segmentation
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies, analytics platforms, and campaign tracking
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong knowledge of privacy regulations, compliance frameworks, and ethical marketing practices
