We’re looking for a Performance & Reward Partner to play a key role in shaping how we attract, retain and motivate our people. This role works in a small and highly-skilled P&R team, and is part of a larger People & culture team that directly drives our organisational strategy.

 

The role

As our Performance & Reward Partner, you will be a subject matter expert to manage the design, development and implementation of remuneration, performance and benefits programs, while playing a central role in driving our annual performance and reward cycles.

What you’ll be doing

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance culture through effective reward strategies
  • Lead and support the annual performance cycle to drive the right behaviours and outcomes
  • Drive the annual remuneration review process, ensuring delivery within budget, timelines and compliance requirements
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, simplicity and user experience
  • Implement organisation-wide total remuneration initiatives aligned to strategic priorities
  • Partner with leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on performance, reward and benefits
  • Support organisational design activities, including role assessment and market benchmarking
  • Design and deliver education sessions for leaders on performance, remuneration and benefits frameworks
  • Act as a trusted advisor on both internal and external appointments from a reward perspective

 

What you’ll bring

  • Degree qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years’ experience in performance, reward or broader HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of remuneration and benefits, ideally within financial services
  • Understanding of market trends and benchmarking practices
  • Experience working with HR systems, particularly performance and reward platforms
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholder
