About the Role
As our People Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement. Your mission is to extract, analyse, and present people-related data in ways that uncover trends, inform strategy, and empower the business to make data-driven decisions. You’ll also help build tools and processes that make reporting more accessible and efficient across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely regular reporting across people metrics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and customised reports to support people initiatives.
  • Identify and implement improvements in reporting tools, data structures, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to provide insights and analysis.
  • Support annual people cycle activities (e.g. remuneration reviews) with robust reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality written reports and statistical analysis for presentations and projects.
  • Partner with Technology to develop self-service reporting tools.
  • Represent People & Culture in enterprise-wide data governance and analytics initiatives.

 

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in PowerBI, Excel, and other data analysis tools; SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present large datasets.
  • Understanding of HR concepts, database structures, and data governance.
  • A curious mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
