The Opportunity to Lead Change
We are looking for a Workplace Experience / Concierge Leader who can step beyond local operations and lead concierge services at a national level. This role isn’t just about front-of-house, it’s about transforming the workplace experience across all our offices by driving process improvements, implementing technology solutions, and shaping how we manage events and visitor experiences for the future.
You’ll lead a dispersed team, manage challenging stakeholders, and confidently work with complex situations, including leading and developing team members. Your ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and navigate competing priorities will be critical to your success.
You will also play a key role in upcoming changes to our workplace operations, including:
- National Event Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for both internal and external events across all sites, ensuring streamlined processes, clear ownership, and effective use of technology. You’ll work closely with internal teams like our Marketing and Events team as well as the technology team
- Visitor Management Transformation: Lead the shift from paper-based, manual visitor tracking to a professional, auditable, and technology-driven visitor management system
- Workplace Data & Insights: Develop ways to capture meaningful data about workplace activities, service requests, and trends using platforms like ServiceNow, to provide leaders with real-time dashboards and actionable insights. This includes supporting the concierge function as it expands to manage facilities services and workflow traffic
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate how they’ve improved stakeholder experiences through process innovation, technology adoption, and service enhancements.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven national leadership experience, ideally in workplace management, concierge services, or high-touch customer environments
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams, including the ability to coach and guide through challenging interpersonal situations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex, competing priorities and influence outcomes
- Technical depth in driving process improvement, leveraging workplace technologies, and introducing scalable solutions
- A track record of improving processes and enhancing experiences for internal and external stakeholders
- Solid experience in vendor management, budget control, and workplace health and safety practices
