The opportunity to join our team
Join our Marketing & Engagement team as a Media Activation Manager, where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimisation of digital media campaigns that drive business growth. Working across programmatic, paid search and paid social, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution, optimisation and reporting of campaigns. You'll work closely with the Senior Media Activation Manager, internal stakeholders and external media partners to execute and optimise digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, Native and Connected TV channels
- Manage campaign implementation, trafficking, optimisation and reporting across digital platforms
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance to achieve campaign objectives
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise results through A/B testing and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external media partners to deliver integrated campaigns
- Ensure campaigns comply with governance, privacy and digital media best practices
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies
- Support the Senior Media Activation Manager with campaign planning, vendor management and strategic initiatives
What you will bring:
- Minimum three years' experience in digital media buying across paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and DSP platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager 360 or The Trade Desk
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, ad serving technologies and campaign measurement
- Experience managing campaign budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance
- Experience using campaign management, reporting and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry will be highly regarded
