Excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager – Asset Management, who is responsible for leading a range of marketing initiatives that promote Asset Management products, enhance adviser engagement, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive adviser engagement, product adoption and growth.
- Oversee program execution, leveraging internal teams, key stakeholder groups, external suppliers, or a combination of these, as required.
- Develop and deliver the Asset Management marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to adviser needs, market context and product goals.
- Lead creative development and produce adviser‑focused content, collateral and education materials; build adviser journeys
- Plan and deliver integrated cross‑channel adviser campaigns; oversee program execution with internal teams and agencies
- Analyse adviser needs, behaviours, pain points and design adviser journeys that support education, activation and retention.
- Take an adviser first approach with insight driven programmes designed to drive business growth and positive member outcomes.
- Maintain dashboards; run experiments; conduct post‑campaign reviews; recommend enhancements.
- Conduct post initiative implementation reviews and evaluate effectiveness, impact, as well as identify opportunities for future enhancements.
- Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive positive outcomes for the business.
- Manage the budget and reporting for marketing activity in accordance with company policies.
- Management of the Marketing risk across campaign development and delivery to ensure we are operating within
What you will bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in financial services marketing within wealth, investments or superannuation
- Exposure to Asset Management or investment product marketing, or demonstrated capability to learn sector-specific requirements.
- Experience supporting B2B and adviser-focused marketing campaigns, including content creation and execution.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Risk mindset – proactively identify, understand and act on current and future risks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship building and influencing skills.
- Experience in translating business strategy into marketing plans - including segmentation and targeting, value proposition development, planning and forecasting, campaign design and management to deliver new innovations and business outcomes.
- Ability to prepare briefs, review assets, and collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure high‑quality outputs.
- Data-driven and results oriented – focused on measurement to demonstrate value and drive continual improvement.
- Strong organisational and project‑coordination skills, managing multiple deliverables concurrently.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, working autonomously within defined boundaries.
- Problem‑solving skills, knowing when to resolve independently vs when to escalate for guidance.
