Marketing Enablement & Delivery Manager

Working closely with Marketing, Technology and key business stakeholders, you'll lead the end-to-end implementation, from process design and system configuration through to training, governance and ongoing adoption. Your work will create greater visibility, efficiency and collaboration, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
About this 18 months max term role
You'll be the business subject matter expert responsible for embedding Adobe Workfront as our strategic work management platform. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose workflows, establish governance, and ensure the platform is successfully adopted across the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys bringing people, processes and technology together to deliver lasting business change.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the enterprise rollout and adoption of Adobe Workfront across the Marketing division.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workfront configurations and workflows.
- Design and implement marketing intake, triage and prioritisation processes to improve visibility, planning and resource management.
- Develop governance frameworks and establish best practice processes to support ongoing platform success and continuous improvement.
- Create user guides, training materials and facilitate engaging training sessions for end users.
- Provide coaching and ongoing support to encourage strong user adoption and capability across the business.
- Act as the central coordination point for inbound marketing requests, ensuring briefs are complete, prioritised and assigned effectively.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Data & Analytics and other business teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery.
- Monitor platform performance, identify opportunities for optimisation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce regular reporting and insights on project status, team capacity, workload and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, project delivery, program management or business transformation within a medium to large organisation.
- 3-5 years' hands-on experience implementing or administering Adobe Workfront or a comparable marketing work management platform.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign delivery and creative workflows.
- Experience designing business processes and translating operational requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships across all levels.
- A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and change management capabilities.
- Experience developing training materials and facilitating workshops or user training.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, data analytics and marketing technologies will be highly regarded.
