The opportunity to join our team
This role will be responsible for providing Provide pricing and fee analysis and advice in relation to Superannuation (MasterTrust) products. As a key business adviser, shaping Superannuation (MasterTrust) product pricing decisions, providing strategic insights and optimising commercial outcomes through deep understanding of the products and modelling projected impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the Superannuation (Master Trust) business on product pricing related items such as development of new products, changes to existing products, regulatory change impacts, product or fund transitions and member remediation
- Develop, manage, and maintain an efficient and best practice approach to pricing and associated governance to ensure adherence with all IFL Group and Regulatory requirements
- Support the preparation/updating of PDS disclosures and SEN’s, including RG97 disclosures.
- Provide analysis and strategic insights on the business and competitors’ performance, including product margins and FUMA/Flows
- Coach and mentor other team members. Support the day-to-day management of team workflow and resources
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues across the Business and Finance
What you will bring
- Relevant Actuarial (e.g. AIAA/AIA) or similar Finance or Maths qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience, preferably in Financial Services, in a similar or related role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Superannuation products and regulatory environment within Australian market
- Experienced in developing and maintaining projection and forecasting models, including process simplification/ transformation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with critical thinking and ability, to engage and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
- Must be commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Strong relationship and networking skills
- Ability to prioritise competing demands, adaptable and resourceful in response to changing circumstances.
