About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Manager, Superannuation Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and partner with our Superannuation business and Trustee entities. This role plays a critical part in enabling our internal teams to deliver exceptional services to our end clients by ensuring financial integrity, insight, and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial support for Superannuation and Trustee entities, including regulatory compliance (CPS 190 and CPS 515)
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Member Office teams to assess and implement finance-related impacts of new superannuation legislation
- Coordinate with other Finance teams to develop 3-year financial plans aligned with Trustee business strategies
- Prepare quarterly forecasts for Fund General Reserves and present insights to Trustee Boards
- Support monthly financial close processes, ensuring accurate revenue and expense reporting, and deliver insightful variance analysis
- Contribute to ASX quarterly announcements, market releases, and full-year results presentations
- Provide financial analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives, including business case development and benefits realisation
- Support product remediation programs with financial insights and analysis
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure financial needs are met effectively
- Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and support ad hoc analysis as required
What you will bring:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Commerce
- CA or CPA qualification preferred
- Extensive experience in Financial Services, ideally with a superannuation focus
- Proven experience leading regulatory change within Finance
- Strong understanding of P&L management, FUMA, and financial performance drivers
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to execution in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
